I have seen staff that would glance at you then will look away. Staff is medium with friendliness, they need to improve on that. They also have different restaurants and a buffet, pool, gym, Xbox arcade and golf course. I called the front desk and let them know about it but it was late already and we are going to be out in the morning anyway so we didn't want to transfer to another room anymore, I asked the lady to take note for the next customer - she can hear the noise at the background over the phone. Tower II is ok but you can see the big difference and the first time we were there with my husband, the room that they put us in has a very loud noisy air-conditioning. Other than that the room is so nice and bigger TV plus bathroom has more space. Tower I is the updated one but it doesn't have microwave, we were at a two queen beds room so not sure if all the rooms in that tower doesn't have microwave.

The hotel has two towers, the difference is that it's like night and day. My kids had a blast and I enjoyed playing at the casino as well. I took my kids to Little Creek because I saw on the website that they have Xbox arcade and pool for kids to enjoy as well, since I want to go to casino and spend time with my kids I decided to try this place.
